Recovery 1

On Monday night I go home, work on my abdominals and lower back, and get out for a 30 minute walk. For the next hour I lay flat on my back watching the news. Just after 8 pm the doctor calls and says that I have a good number of surface antigens. And I lead the doctor in the conversation by asking, "Does this mean that I am well on my way to clearing the virus, developing the anitbodies, and becoming immune to future exposures to the virus that causes Heptatis B?" He's a litle shocked, but he confirms that's what my blood test means. And he just says to keep resting, watching what I eat, abstaining from alcohol, and exercising lightly if I feel inclined.
